Looking to relax, re-energize and improve your mental and physical health through low-impact gentle activity? This Saturday, March 30th from 11am to 12:15, join Jenna Hunt for Qigong – a Chinese Medicine form of self-healing based on flowing movement, attention to breathing, with an emphasis on quieting the mind. No equipment, special clothing or preparation/cool down necessary. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Children ages 16 and up are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone can do Qigong! Beginners welcome!
Jenna has a formal dance background with over 20 years as a dancer and is a certified Medical Qigong instructor. Living in New Paltz, NY, she also leads guided meditation and Forest Bathing sessions.
