Thrive Yoga offers original and unique programming that blends the basics, the fringe, and the next level. Over the last 16 years, our spacious 4000 square foot center with 3 practice rooms, waterfalls and moss wall, bright windows, original murals, and spiraling hallways has delighted more than 40,000 yoga students and wellness seekers.

Thrive Yoga Center hosts up to 60 In-Studio, Offsite, and LiveStream classes per week. Our online platform has more than 400+ Video-On-Demand classes available, and our studio annually hosts multiple Workshops, Trainings, Retreats, Wellness Special Events, and Parties. Thrive also offers offsite programming for parties and events.

Thrive offers high-quality instruction with experienced teachers that have studied and practiced yoga extensively and have certification in several wellness modalities. Most of our teachers are full-time, professional instructors with more than 10+ years of teaching yoga experience. Our fresh and new teachers have graduated from prominent yoga training programs. They are personally mentored by Owner Susan Mondi Bowen, who founded the studio in 2005 and has instructed yoga, stress reduction, and meditation for nearly 20 years and has lived a healthy lifestyle for more than 30 years.
