Cool DTSS powered by Jeligeo, is an app to help promote Black-owned businesses in Downtown Silver Spring. DTSS is rich with diversity of businesses owned by residents from the African Diaspora. We work to show the dynamic tapestry of these businesses that have kept Downtown Silver Spring thriving for decades and continue to make it a destination of choice.
