We’re back with bone chilling tales from Poolesville’s past!
Professor and folklore enthusiast Christine Rai will lead a hair-raising outdoor walking tour through the center of Poolesville, and tell the tales of dark histories and chilling hauntings associated with some of our oldest historic buildings.
Two nights with two tours each. Enough fun to scare the whole family!

Early tour on Friday night, October 24th (7:00 to 8:00 pm) is family-friendly, and will end back at the John Poole House, where a bonfire, s’mores, and hot cider will be waiting.
Later Friday night tour (9:00 to 10:00 pm) and both Saturday tours are even spookier and also end with a bonfire, s’mores, and cider at the John Poole House. These tours are recommended for adults and children ages 14 and up.
