Do you want to build strength but struggle to stand for long periods? Come join me for a chair based strength class! We will work with some light weights, mostly seated with some standing moves using some support. This is meant to help build endurance, support your balance and make you stronger. Ideal equipment is a set of 1-5 lb weights and a resistance band plus a sturdy chair. Don’t have weights? No problem! Grab some cans of soup or bottles from your cupboards to get started.
