As DC area theaters are beginning their 2026-2027 seasons, many of them are collaborating to offer discounted tickets and special programming for the return of DC Theatre Week in Montgomery County, Maryland. Despite the name, the event runs for more than two weeks, from September 24 through October 11.
The list of performances includes main stage productions like Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom at Round House Theatre and Some Like it Hot at Olney Theatre Center, as well as smaller shows like Not Your Mother’s Goose located inside Glen Echo Park.
Tickets for participating shows are on sale for $25, $45, and $65, though you can snag some of the related shows for $10 or less. In addition to discounted tickets, DC Theatre Week also includes a variety of free special events.
