Celebrate Theatre Season in Montgomery County for DC Theatre Week

Nine Night | Round House Theatre | Bethesda, MD

As DC area theaters are beginning their 2023-2024 seasons, many of them are collaborating to offer discounted tickets and special programming for the return of DC Theatre Week. Despite the name, the event runs for more than two weeks, from September 21st through October 8th.

The list of performances includes main stage productions like Nine Night at Round House Theatre and Dance Nation at Olney Theatre Center, as well as smaller shows like InterAct Story Theatre’s The Hero of Everything at the Montgomery College Cultural Arts Center.

Tickets for participating shows are on sale for $20, $30, and $40, though you can snag some of the related shows for $10 or less. In addition to discounted tickets, Theatre Week also includes a variety of free special events.

You don’t have to go far for award winning performances. Check out our list of must-see shows, right here in Montgomery County, Maryland.
