True Respite Brewing Company is releasing their newest hobby hazy, “Vinyl,” on August 18 at 4 pm! “Vinyl” is a 7.2% ABV Hazy IPA featuring Idaho 7, Ekuanot, and Mosaic hops.
In honor of their “Vinyl” release, True Respites is hosting a “Vinyl” night with their very own, Leo Alvarez, will be hosting a vinyl night in their Rockville taproom. Leo is bringing his record player for a “groovy” evening of the best jams. Come prepared to buy, sell, trade, and play your favorite records! Leo is also bringing his record spin cleaner to clean any records brought in by guests.

Come enjoy an evening outdoors, overlooking Waredaca’s beautiful grounds – all in the name of horses on August 26 from 4 pm – 6 pm.
Waredaca Brewing Company is Montgomery County’s premier farm brewery and committed to sustainability, local ingredients and brewing beer using the best practices possible. The farm has been in their family for over 60 years, and they have created a small, rustic brewery where families & friends can gather after a long day and enjoy an evening together. $1 from every pint sold and tips from the evening will be donated to DEFHR. Carry-out beer is also available!

Bring the whole family for an evening of fun with food trucks, picnics, lawn games, local beer and wine, and live music at Sandy Spring Museum for Summer Beer & Wine Garden Nights. On August 27, the flavors of Latin America will electrify Sandy Spring as Conjunto Bruja takes the stage. Featured vendors will include Silver Branch Brewing, Loew Vineyards and Tacos El Rey. Picnic tables are available on a first come, first served basis. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets. In the event of inclement weather, the gathering will move indoors.

To Sprout, To Share, To Sing is an extracurricular exhibition assembled by six Rinehart School of Sculpture graduate students from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in Baltimore. In the interest of making art accessible to all as well as taking small steps towards resuming interactions in the wake of the pandemic, these graduate students have joined with Elder Pine Brewing to present this mixture of culture and recreation.
