On FOX5DC’s Good Day Café segment, Chef Montesinos talked about how he uses locally sourced produce for the dishes prepared at The Bistro, located at The Crossvines in Poolesville, Maryland.
The Crossvines is a new winery, research farm, and golf course located in Montgomery County’s Agricultural Reserve. Since its opening date in July, The Crossvines has given a tranquil escape for weekenders and day trippers alike with stunning views and local artisan cuisine and wine.
