Maggi’s Pizza & Subs in Damascus was born from a long and rich history of pizza and sub-making in Montgomery County, Maryland. The two owner-brothers, Patrick and Chris, are following in the footsteps of their father, Pasquale (Pat) Maggi, who managed several restaurants in Rockville and Wheaton in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
In the years since their Dad sold Maggi’s, the two sons have ventured, separately or as partners, into numerous food venues as far away as Michigan and locally in Maryland and Virginia. From pizza and subs to cafés and crab trucks to blues BBQs, Patrick and Chris have successfully run food establishments themselves for nearly 30 years.
In March of 2010, the brothers decided to team up again to honor their father’s memory and opened the doors to Pasquale’s Deli at 26315 Ridge Road in Historic Damascus, Maryland. Along with their Dad’s famous and highly sought-after pizza, they serve classic Italian subs and sandwiches, gourmet sandwiches, pasta dishes, various salads, plus desserts.
