2025 Taiwan Bubble Tea Festival, taking place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 10 AM to 4 PM at Rockville Town Square.

Organized by Taiwan Sister Cities （TSC) in partnership with the Rockville Sister Cities Corporation, this annual festival celebrates Taiwanese culture through its most iconic drink—bubble tea. The event has quickly become one of the region’s most beloved community gatherings, drawing over 12,000 attendees in 2024. It features a vibrant lineup of bubble tea vendors, cultural performances, live music, and interactive booths for all ages.
