Hands on PASTA workshop, no prior pasta making experience required!
You can make pasta anywhere as long as you have flour and water. This workshop is all about using your hands and some basic tools: no eggs, no machines or fancy equipment required. You will learn how to make a classic southern Italian pasta dough by hand, which will then be hand-formed into some traditional southern Italian shapes. The pasta you make will serve two adults. Your pasta will be packaged and ready to bring home at the end of class. Cooking and storing instructions are included.
