Join Montgomery County Public Schools and the Department of Partnerships at the inaugural Summer RISE & Shine Golf Tournament! This will be a fun-filled day to raise funds for the students of the Summer RISE program who are interested in exploring careers with businesses, government agencies, higher education institutions, and nonprofit organizations. This is an exciting opportunity to participate in and network at an event with MCPS staff, County leaders, local businesses and participating organizations in the Summer RISE program. 

A ticket purchase includes your round of golf at the beautiful Montgomery Country Club (20908 Golf View Dr. Laytonsville, MD 20882) and donation to the Summer RISE program, as well as practice green and range time, golf cart use, breakfast refreshments, and a lunch and awards reception following play. A beverage cart will be on the course throughout the day. Extra games will be available on the golf course including the Superintendent’s Putting Contest, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin. 

Montgomery Country Club brings you a par-72, 6,700-yard championship layout designed by golf course architect Edmund Ault to blend seamlessly with its pristine natural surroundings in the rolling hills of Laytonsville. Exciting prizes will be awarded to the top golfers so be sure to register your team or yourself before April 23rd.
