This pop-up food truck, created by hamburger historian Hunter Karametos and based in Gaithersburg, creates specialized burgers from a technique Karametos learned while in London. The name Steeze Burger comes from a slang term including “steeze,” which means cool, and it sounds similar to cheeseburger. He sources his beef from local farms in northern Montgomery County. Steeze Burger has three types of burgers to purchase, including single, double, or triple. Customers can even get a burger without the bun and all the toppings!

The Comus Inn
