Stop by for a “howling” good time! There will be snacks for pups and people, prizes for best costumes, opportunities to meet local rescues, and more. Plus, there’s no need to have a four-legged friend to join in on the fun. All are welcome! Event is rain or shine.

The Rockville Villages program strives to facilitate the development of grassroots, community support networks. Each Village is a self-governing organization using the neighbor-helping-neighbor model.
