After years of baking for friends and families, Natoscha decided to open Les Cookies Delight Bakery.

Les Cookies Delight is an allergy friendly bakery located in Hagerstown, MD. Our bakery is 100% gluten, nut, soy & yeast free.  We bake from scratch using the finest ingredients. We also customize for those that are dairy free, egg free, vegan and/or diabetic using separate equipment to minimize cross contamination.

Our base gluten free flour is a blend of starches, white rice and corn flour. We know that there are some individuals who are allergic to corn. We can still offer them safe baked goods using alternative and/or grain free flours.

Natoscha believes that everyone has the right to enjoy baked goods that are fresh and free of allergens, dyes, preservatives, and can be customized to individual dietary needs.
