Bring the family out to try our award-winning wines in our indoor Christmas wine tasting room in Poolesville, MD. Family-friendly venue that offers full wine tastings, flights, wine by the glass or bottle and festive holiday wine cocktails and mocktails.

The tasting room runs from 12/5 – 12/20, Fridays and Saturdays only from 4pm – 9pm. A taco truck is parked there on Fridays and we have charcuterie items for sale everyday or you may bring your own picnic.

Poolesville is the cutest little town all lit up for the holidays and lots of great shops nearby for Christmas shopping!

Metzger Winery serves up 7 different wines from sparkling, white, rose, and reds, which are all non-sweet and many have won awards, including our Maryland Bordeaux blend, which just took home a double-gold in the Governor’s Cup. For the holidays, we will also be serving cranberry-rosemary sparkling rose (non-alcoholic version available) & a decadent hot chocolate made with red wine.
