MoCo’s Golf Legacy is Just Getting Started
Montgomery County isn’t just hosting the Senior PGA Championship this year – it’s becoming a recurring destination for major golf events. Congressional Country Club is set to host several future championships with the PGA of America. This July, the 2025 US Adaptive Open takes place at the Woodmont Country Club, July 7-9, 2025, which features professional and amateur golfers with disabilities. The future events are in 2027 with the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, 2030 for the PGA Championship, 2033 for the Senior PGA Championship, and 2037 with the Ryder Cup.
