A discounted price is available for current members of Visit MontgomeryMontgomery County Food Council, Restaurant Association of Maryland and Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington.

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that a vendor must cancel their participation, Visit Montgomery will issue a refund of 50% of the vendor registration fee paid, provided the cancellation occurs before midnight on March 1, 2025. No refunds will be made thereafter.

To be eligible for this refund, a vendor must submit a written notice of cancellation via email to Visit Montgomery.




As a MoCo Eats Showcase vendor, you are eligible for a special room block rate of $159 per night at the Hilton Rockville. Take advantage of this offer to conveniently stay in the event hotel.
