A discounted price is available for current members of Visit Montgomery, Montgomery County Food Council, Restaurant Association of Maryland and Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington.
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that a vendor must cancel their participation, Visit Montgomery will issue a refund of 50% of the vendor registration fee paid, provided the cancellation occurs before midnight on March 1, 2025. No refunds will be made thereafter.
To be eligible for this refund, a vendor must submit a written notice of cancellation via email to Visit Montgomery.
As a MoCo Eats Showcase vendor, you are eligible for a special room block rate of $159 per night at the Hilton Rockville. Take advantage of this offer to conveniently stay in the event hotel.
