Inspired by the warmth of local pubs and the fresh flavors of the seasons, our menu is crafted to celebrate the best ingredients from nearby farms and purveyors.

The Dish & Dram was the second of three restaurants in Montgomery County created by chef Jerry Hollinger and The Hollinger Group. His first restaurant, The Daily Dish, opened in Silver Spring in 2009, followed by The Dish & Dram in Kensington in 2016, and J. Hollinger’s Waterman’s Chophouse in Silver Spring in 2022.
