Just as Uzbekistan was at the center of the Silk Road, our restaurant Silk Road Choyhona is at the center of many diverse neighborhoods. Our restaurant is a place where East meets West, where customers can relax and clear their minds, soaking up the tranquil and magical environment around them while enjoying authentic Uzbec cuisine.
A combination of vivid colors and natural materials is the simplest way of describing the interior design of the restaurant. All interior decoration items are brought from Asia, such as woven carpets, antique statuettes, and tableware bearing the original Uzbek symbolism.
At Silk Road Choyhona, all our ingredients are natural and served in accordance with ancient traditions. Fresh bread is baked in a special tandir oven which was delivered from Uzbekistan, authentic Uzbek pilaf is served in a kazan cooking pot, and the popular shashlik (shish kebob) is served over hot coals on a special grill.
