Helmed by Executive Chef Dupree Braswell, Seventh State Restaurant is a historical nod to Maryland entering the union and offers a locally curated menu with signature items such as the Panuozzo, a wood-fired folded sandwich handmade with pizza dough and incorporated with locally sourced ingredients. Floor-to-ceiling retractable glass walls open seasonally to outdoor seating, while a custom Italian wood-fire oven clad in bronze is a focal point of the open kitchen indoors.
​The bar is poised for high volume social hours, featuring cocktails with an emphasis on classic builds incorporating uniquely flavored liqueurs, alongside a large format ice program to support a strong connection with American Whiskey culture, including local immerging distilleries. ​​Local Maryland craft breweries as well as old and new world wines also feature on our beverage menu.
