Chef Beth Yohannes, a mother, a wife and trained chef and owner of Lemon Slice Cafe, has a BA in Hotel Management from London Southbank University, as well as a diploma in Culinary Arts from City of Bath College, UK. She worked for Starwood Hotels and Resorts for five years in the sales and marketing department and previously co-owned a very successful restaurant in London, a deli in Houston, Texas and most recently a healthy lunch program at St.John’s Episcopal School in Olney Maryland from 9/2014 – 6/2019. The kitchen is where she is the happiest so she will be preparing most of the dishes as well as the day-to-day operations.
