Chef B’s Diner is a mobile food truck that serves high quality fresh from scratch food. Chef B is an expertly trained chef for 30 years, and a culinary instructor. The mobile diner features breakfast items, handmade tater tots, sandwiches & soups, smoothies, and desserts. The emphasis is always on freshness with no preservatives or fillers. Our Tots are always gluten free, and most sauces and gravies are also gluten free. Favorites include the Ohio Hangover, McMeatloaf sandwich, Caprese Me Please, and Toasties (freshly made french toast sticks).
