The Hey Cousin Culture Fest celebrates, uplifts, and supports DMV communities and the beauty of Black culture. Taking place every year in Veterans Plaza in Downtown Silver Spring, this even features: amazing entertainers; vendors selling artistic works, apparel, food and beverages; activities for children; and so much more. This festival is family friendly and promises to deliver a great time for anyone who attends. There is no cost for admission.
