PRJC’ s November Zoom features a look at a New Orleans piano genius Henry Butler who Dr John once described as a “jellified piano plunker”. Sometimes, one musician said, Butler sounded like he was playing with three or four hands instead of two. Join Josh Paxton, an accomplished NOLA pianist himself, for more on musical legend Butler, a classically trained performer who went on to set new standards in funk, R & B, and blues.
The event takes place Monday, November 17, 7:00 – 8:15pm EASTERN TIME on Zoom.
