Come learn the art of creating with pressed flowers at The Family Room! This workshop is designed with one goal in mind – to find your floral joy! There is a satisfaction in slowing down and taking time to notice the intricate details and appreciating the beauty in every flower. During the workshop, we will go through the steps to press and preserve flowers, then create something that is completely unique- your own pressed flower frame, with flowers chosen from a wide selection provided by Pretty Presses. As we carefully choose and place our flowers in the frame, we will learn how to arrange them using simple techniques.

You will be provided with the tools and supplies needed, a double glass float frame with a latch closure, abundant choice of flowers and foliage sourced and pressed especially for this workshop and gentle guidance to create your own piece of art. You are welcome to bring your own picture/notecard to add into the frame if you would like to add an even more personal touch to it.

At the end of the workshop, you will have the joy of creating something one of a kind – a pressed flower keepsake to display and enjoy for a long time and a complimentary canvas tote to carry your art back home.
