“Meditate with a monk” goes beyond mere focus and delves into the profound ways in which meditation enables us to transcend a negative state of the mind. Each session spans 90-minutes and consists of 3-4 short sessions, complemented by enlightening discussions and narratives that explore the “why, what, and how” of various meditation techniques.
