Improving your balance can help prevent falls and enhance your mobility! Each session will include strength training of your core and legs as well as stretching for common tight areas. You will learn practical strategies and tips for preventing falls while enjoying some fun balance and coordination exercises. Exercises may be performed seated or standing. Wear supportive shoes and have a sturdy chair, light weights, and water with you.
