Artists from the Washington Sculptors Group will display sculptures in a variety of media around the grounds of Sandy Spring Museum. Artist and arts professional, Nehemiah Dixon, III, juried the exhibit.
The phrase ‘a point of view’ can have multiple meanings. It can be defined as a position or perspective from which physical objects, mental concepts; issues, etc. are considered or evaluated. It can also be used to refer to one’s opinion or perspective on things, their personal view of the world.
Take a walk around the grounds and hear from juror, Nehemiah Dixon, III about the selection and curation processes of this year’s exhibition. Any artists present will share about their sculptures, inspirations, and materials used.
