Windridge Vineyards is a family-owned farm winery dedicated to producing premium, estate-grown wines. Our extraordinary wines reflect the terroir and micro-climates of the Piedmont Plateau region, where rolling hills, sunshine, and soil chemistry encourage nuanced flavors,
aromas and depth that are unique to our location, and essential to our distinctive wines.

Our family has farmed in Montgomery County for over 50 years. We believe that we have a responsibility to protect the land for future generations and work to minimize our environmental footprint in the crafting of our wines, from soil to sip.

We welcome guests to our beautiful winery in Darnestown, Maryland, just 26 miles from Washington DC, and conveniently located from Route 270. Enjoy our wines in our modern Tasting Room, patios, pavilions, and expansive grounds surrounded by our beautiful vineyards.
As the cooler weather approaches, many of our outdoor tables have fire pits, for fun autumnal gatherings. Reservations are highly recommended for Winery visits on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Our in-house charcuterie selections pair beautifully with our wines, along with locally sourced cheeses and an assortment of curated, artisanal treats. Live music and food trucks are offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In addition, our guided Vineyard and Winery Tasting Tour and Wine Tastings are enjoyed by guests over 21 years of age or corporate events. A monthly schedule may be found on our website.
