The price includes a 10-minute wagon ride to the edge of our property, where you’ll disembark for an entirely different fright fest – up close & personal with the zombies who inhabit Onslaught Mills.

BRING YOUR TICKET WITH YOU, either as an image saved to your phone or a printed paper version. Your ticket will be scanned when you enter the Midway, and you will receive a TOWN PASS at that time. Once your ticket number has been called, you’ll head down the lane to meet your wagon whenever you’re ready. The round trip will take 45-60 minutes. If you’ve purchased a combo pass, we’ll advise you upon check-in on the recommended sequence of attractions (trail and town) – we guarantee you will make it through both before closing if you follow our recommendation! .

Inclement Weather

In the event of extreme weather, the MHF team will determine closure no later than 4:00 pm the day of a performance. Please check our website & social media channels for weather updates. If we cancel due to weather, all ticket holders will receive an automatic refund.

This space is full of energy, defined by the giant bonfires, our weird ghouls & goblins, crazy DJ, and high risk activities. Some nights MHF hosts local entertainers: live bands, dance groups, and (if you’re lucky) fire spinners.

When your trail pass number is called you can join the short queue for the trail (under the MASSIVE PUMPKIN) and prepare to enter the woods! Doors of Heavy Metal Legends

2025 ushers in a few NEW updates to some old scenes.

The castle being one of our largest (height-wise) undertakings so far. At approximately 3 stories high this imposing facade has a very special door way. Do any of you recognize it? Back in 1980 those very doors and arch appeared on stage touring with Black Sabbath on their Heaven and Hell tour. Ronnies James Dio had replaced the late great Ozzy Osbourne (Dec 3, 1948 – July 22, 2025) as the lead vocalist the year before and this was to be his first live show. Also from the same show are 2 large 6ft tall gargoyles that we have in our graveyard scene, see if you can spot them, look out for their glowing red eyes.
