The Montgomery Symphony Orchestra proudly invites you to our final performance of the 24-25 season as we celebrate Juneteenth while also recognizing the winners of our 2025 Youth Concerto Competition! The program will feature three local DMV students who exhibit incredible skill, sensitivity, and expression, giving great promise for the next generation of musicians. We will also bookend the afternoon with two shorter works by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, both demonstrating his gift for writing catchy melodies and employing lush orchestration.
We hope you’ll join us for a celebratory Sunday afternoon!
