Join Dr. Kellie Soltis, pelvic floor physical therapist and founder of Natural Fit Physio, for a Pilates-based mat class designed to engage your pelvic floor and core muscles. This class combines Pilates principles with pelvic floor exercises to improve strength and coordination. Modifications will be provided for your specific needs. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and optional ankle/wrist weights. All other equipment will be provided.
