Join Kassia Music for the final concert of their 2024-2025 season with Music at Redeemer. One of DC’s finest chamber ensembles with two members who are composers, Kassia Music has been the ensemble-in-residence at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer for seven seasons. In this final concert, they will premiere Bernard Vallandingham’s cello sonata and perform Sam Post’s Kinhaven Sonata for clarinet and piano. The second half features Schubert’s famous Death and the Maiden string quartet. Free reception follows the concert.
Kassia Music is supported in part by funding from the Montgomery County Government and the Arts & Humanities Council of Montgomery County.
