Inclement Weather Policy:Â
If Butler’s Orchard cancels activities due to weather, a coupon code will be e-mailed to all ticketed guests to rebook for another day of Bunnyland or farm admission during the Summer and Fall seasons (including Pumpkin Festival). Full refunds will be available upon request if Butler’s Orchard cancels activities.
Refund Policy:
Full refunds including ticket price and fees will be processed upon request when Butler’s Orchard cancels activities due to weather. All other refunds will be processed for ticket price only. Rescheduling your visit does not incur additional fees, and can be done via your confirmation email online if you are more than 24 hours in advance of your visit. For rescheduling within 24 hours of your visit, please call the office at (301) 428-0444
