The owner of Nancy’s Kitchen, Roy, was born and raised in Goa, a Portuguese Colony where food, music, soccer, and folga (fun) is everything! He was the youngest of 6 kids – his older brother, an established restauranteur with 3 restaurants under his belt, was his biggest influence. He taught Roy the nuances of running a restaurant, sharing his experiences & recipes. This guidance from his brother, coupled with his own desire and hard work, has helped Roy successfully manage Nancy’s since 1997.
