Don’t miss this exciting exhibit, that shows life in the 1920s like you’ve never seen it before! Beaded fringe bounced to the syncopated sounds of jazz, while illegal hooch sloshed in long stemmed glasses. On the surface, it was a glittering moment in time captured by F. Scott Fitzgerald in stories like The Great Gatsby and “Bernice Bobs Her Hair.”

The Beall-Dawson Museum has been transformed into exhibition space, giving our visitors a chance to see some of the incredible items in our collection. Many of these objects are on display for the first time! This special exhibit is now open in the Beall-Dawson Museum and will close through January 15, 2017.

The Beall-Dawson House is a Heritage site. Visit Heritage Montgomery and Maryland Heritage Areas Authority to learn more. Heritage Montgomery | MHAA
