We’ve gathered our favorite locations to host an outdoor wedding. Check out the following venues available throughout Montgomery County, Maryland, a few minutes North of Washington, D.C.

Kentlands Mansion

 Kentlands Mansion is a fantastic property located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The property can hold a up to 101-150 guests, features a bridal suite, indoor and outdoor – covered reception area.

Woodlawn Manor

Historic Woodlawn Manor, located in Sandy Springs, is an idyllic setting for a wedding with horses grazing on acres of rolling green pasture, a Gazebo Garden, expansive lawns, historic boxwoods, and several outbuildings that speak to the agricultural operations at Woodlawn during the 19th century.

Rocklands Farm

This historic farm is the perfect venue for brides and grooms looking for a natural rustic charm blended with simple beauty and elegance. Located on Montgomery County’s agricultural reserve in Poolesville, the grounds includes a historic 1870 Italianate house, smoke house, blacksmith shop, springhouse, farm market building, corncrib, Bankbarn, and it’s got small vineyard!

The Park is a magical place situated on the Potomac palisades near Bethesda, Maryland. The park features a renowned Spanish Ballroom, a beautifully restored 1933 Mediterranean style Art Deco building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In addition, the Park offers the Bumper Car Pavilion that holds a capacity up to 350 for a standing reception; 200 for dinner and a dance with open-air covered pavilion with clear, retractable plastic sidewalls.

An event tent can cover the terrace, complete with lavish fabric draping and twinkling lights. This space accommodates up to 200 guests.

Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion

Woodend is a historic home located in Chevy Chase, Maryland. With an elegant setting and historic mansion, this venue offers a charming grove for outdoor ceremonies, and the use of the mansion and adjacent tented terrace for 170 guests.
