I would spend my last day on earth at Flaming Pit restaurant in Gaithersburg. Walking in to a romantic setting with candle light tables. I would order one of their creamy pasta dishes while listening to a live piano artist play.

Q. Where is the first place you take your friends and family from out of town?

I take visiting friends and family to Rio Washingtonian center in Gaithersburg to shop, dine, see a movie and paddle boat on the lake.

Q. What’s your favorite free or low cost thing to do here?

My favorite secret spots in Montgomery County are one of the many scenic parks where you can watch a beautiful sunset in the summer or vivid colorful woods in the fall.

Q. What’s the best festival or special event in Montgomery County?

The best event in Montgomery County will be The Fair at the Fairgrounds in Gaithersburg. Each year kids and adults look forward to a fun and cheerful carnival.

Q. Describe your Montgomery in 3 words

It’s hard to describe Montgomery in just three words since it can be described in so much more than three works.  I would say Home away from Home.(that’s 4 words) so I would change to:  Home, My Home.

Q. Where is one of your favorite travel destinations in the world?

I would say Maldives. I love the Islands, and anywhere there’s a beach!

Q. What is your go-to happy hour drink?

My go-to happy hour drink is Malibu Bay Breeze and Pom Peche from Bar Louie in Rockville Town Center.

Q. What do you love about your job?

I’m the Sales and Wedding Coordinator and I love all things Weddings!

Q. Best place to shop in Montgomery County?

There are several great places to shop from boutique stores in several town centers to big department stores in Montgomery Mall.
