
Things to Know About Exhibiting at the Showcase

Important Event Information
- Vendors are provided two tables. The front table is 6 ft X 36 inches or 8 ft X 36 inches and the back table is 6 ft X 18 inches or 8 ft X 18 inches, respectively. Each front table will include a table linen, and 2 chairs. Feel free to bring your own business table dressing.
- The space between the front and back vendor tables is approximately 4 – 5 ft.
- Vendor set up begins at 7:00am on Sunday, March 15.
- The Showcase opens to VIPs and those with Early Access Tickets beginning at 11:00am. The Showcase opens to General Admission ticket holders at 12 noon.
- All consumers will have a wristband.
- Green wristbands will be given to those 21 or older.
- Red wristbands will be given to those under the age of 21 years old.
- Vendor loading is easiest through the front entrance of the conference center on 5939 Executive Blvd or using the skywalk that connects the second floor of the parking garage to the conference center. The loading dock may also be used however, the number of vehicles is limited in that space. If you need to utilize the loading dock, please reach out to Joe at jdoran@visitmontgomery.com prior to the event.
- Hotel parking garage fees are included in your registration, and there is no additional cost to you.
- Event address is Montgomery County Conference Center, 5939 Executive Blvd, North Bethesda, MD 20852.
- Bethesda North Marriott Hotel has a group hotel room discounted rate of $196.00 per night available for all guests of the MoCo Eats Food and Beverage Showcase. Please book your room using this link MOCO EATS SHOWCASE ROOM BLOCK and selecting “Attendee” from the drop down option.
- Each booth will provide space for up to two people. If you have more than 2 attendees for your booth, you will need to purchase a second booth.
- Expected number of attendees is 1,200.
Required Vendor Insurance
Please note that all vendors should carry their own General Liability coverage and list the Conference & Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, MD, Inc. as an “Additional Insured” on a Certificate of Insurance. Our address to be listed is 1801 Rockville Pike, Suite 320, Rockville MD, 20852. The Conference & Visitors Bureau of Montgomery County, MD, Inc. is the Certificate Holder for this event.
If you are an alcohol vendor you should also carry and reflect Liquor Liability on the certificate of insurance.
This form must be submitted to Visit Montgomery by February 20, 2026, to participate in this event. Please complete the insurance form and deposit this file to this Dropbox Link.
